This policy explains the terms that apply to FinLedger memberships, including billing, free trials, cancellations, and refunds.
FinLedger offers several membership plans — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — each with a set of features and a monthly or annual billing cycle. By choosing a plan you agree to pay the applicable fees, which are shown at the time of purchase.
Where available, we offer a free trial so you can evaluate the platform. Trial access ends automatically when the trial period completes, at which point you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. Renewal amounts are based on your current plan at the time of renewal.
You may cancel your membership at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you retain access until that period ends. No partial refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period that has already been paid.
Because FinLedger is a digital service with immediate access, all purchases are final and generally non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error or are dissatisfied due to a service issue, please contact us and we will review your case. Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method.
We may update plan pricing or these policies from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
